Job summary

Stratum Civil is seeking an experienced civil Leading Hand to join our civil contracting team in Mackay. The role focuses on delivering residential development projects, coordinating multiple subcontractors and maintaining safety and quality on site.

You will oversee bulk earthworks, stormwater, water, sewer infrastructure and roadworks for residential, industrial and commercial projects, and lead the on-site team to meet deadlines and budgets with a strong emphasis on mentoring others.

• Experience in all ranges of civil projects.
• Experience in project delivery and residential developments.
