Job summary

Transport for NSW invites applications for a Civil Construction Apprenticeship starting March 2027 at Mardi, NSW. This 3-year fixed-term, full-time program blends paid work with structured training toward a nationally recognised qualification.

You will gain hands-on experience on-site, develop key workplace skills such as teamwork and communication, and progress from entry-level to a trade-qualified role. Australian/New Zealand citizens or permanent residents are eligible.

Qualifications

• You have completed Year 10 or hold a RoSA or equivalent.
• You are ready to commence full-time employment in March 2027.
• You hold, or are in the process of obtaining, a C Class driver licence.
• You have access to reliable transport to travel to the office or depot.
• You are comfortable working at heights or near live traffic as required.
• You are willing to travel as part of your role.
• You have basic computer literacy skills.
• You demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive, accountable approach.

Responsibilities

• Earn while you learn, combining paid work with structured training to develop practical skills.
