Job summary

Flinders University invites applications for two City Campus Services Officer roles. These full-time positions are based at City Campus, Kaurna Country, Adelaide, and require working across a broad schedule including evenings during peak periods.

One role is continuing, the other is fixed-term until 31 December 2027, commencing 4 January 2027. The team supports students, staff and a wide range of stakeholders with friendly, solution-focused service.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service experience in high-volume environments is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support students, staff and stakeholders.
• Flexibility with service hours (8am–8pm peak; 8am–6pm off-peak) for City Campus shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist new and continuing students with enrolment, course options, fees, and admissions queries.
• Provide information and guidance on entry requirements and pathways to study.
• Connect students and campus visitors to appropriate contacts and university resources.
• Create and update City Campus procedures to improve consistency, efficiency and accountability.
