Job summary
The Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Level 2 Network Support Engineer to back a government client’s large-scale NSW rollout. You will deploy Cisco Meraki networking solutions across metropolitan and regional locations, configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls and APs, and support end users while documenting work and tickets.
You must be comfortable traveling throughout NSW with a company vehicle provided; accommodation and meals covered as per policy.
Qualifications
- Experience in Level 2 Network Support roles.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki networking solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience configuring, installing and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points.
- Familiarity with the Meraki Dashboard for monitoring, configuration and troubleshooting is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and support Cisco Meraki infrastructure across multiple sites in NSW.
- Configure, install and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls and wireless APs.
- Maintain accurate network documentation and support tickets.
- Collaborate with IT teams and provide end-user technical support.
- Escalate complex issues when required and travel as needed within NSW.
