Job summary

Glencore CHPP team is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support across the CHPP department. Reporting to the CHPP Maintenance Superintendent, the role is fast-paced and requires handling competing priorities and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

You will support onboarding, training coordination, document control, SAP and Workday tasks, travel arrangements and cost administration, contributing to smooth operations in a dynamic mining

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or coordination roles in mining or operations.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle changing priorities.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day admin support to CHPP Manager and team.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding, inductions and site access.
• Support service day and shutdown activities, including travel and accommodation coordination.
• Process purchasing, invoices and cost administration.
• Maintain records, documentation and SAP/workday support.
• Assist with employee onboarding and payroll administration.
