  • Assisting with employee onboarding, system access, payroll and general workforce administration.
  • Completing operational and departmental reporting and administrative tasks as required.
  • Providing responsive support for a wide range of ad hoc requests and changing priorities across the CHPP.

This diverse role will suit someone who is highly organised, adaptable and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously and remain effective when priorities change at short notice. This diverse and collaborative environment provides excellent opportunities for professional growth, skill development, and career progression.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously and use initiative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, contractors, management and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using SAP and Workday, or similar business systems.

  • A strong commitment to safety and working collaboratively as part of the CHPP team.
  • Minimum of one year relevant experience
