Lindt Chocolate Shops Adelaide Airport is looking for energetic individuals to join our team as Retail Store Team Supervisors. You will support retail operations and help guests enjoy a unique Lindt experience at the chocolate bar while building memorable connections.

Ideal candidates bring fast-paced café or retail experience, a genuine passion for chocolate, and the ability to speak the language of chocolate.

Qualifications

• Love Lindt Chocolate and be excited to share it with customers.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced café or retail environment.
• Able to convey passion for chocolate and create a memorable guest experience.
• Availability for Thursday nights and Fridays for 10–15 hours per week, with potential extra hours around Christmas.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience.
• Prepare customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar.
• Educate and inform customers on Lindt Chocolate products with enthusiasm and depth of knowledge.
• Serve as a Lindt ambassador and deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
