Job summary

Lindt Chocolate Shops in Adelaide Airport is seeking an energetic Retail Store Team Supervisor to support our Lindt shops by sharing the magic of chocolate with customers. You will lead in-store service, build meaningful relationships, and help ensure a memorable Lindt experience at the chocolate bar.

The role requires a passion for high standards, previous fast-paced retail or cafe experience, and comfort with training new team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced café or retail environments.
• Barista experience desirable.
• Strong passion for Lindt chocolate and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience.
• Prepare customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar.
• Educate customers on Lindt products with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Act as Lindt ambassador delivering excellent service to all customers.

About the role

As a Retail Store Team Supervisor at our Adelaide store, you will support our Lindt Chocolate Shops by spreading the word about the wonders of Lindt by:

• Creating meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience
• Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar
• Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge
• Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service to all

We are looking for individuals who:

• Love Lindt Chocolate!
• Previous experience in a fast-paced café or retail environment
• Put their heart into everything they do and can talk the language of chocolate
• Have a passion for excellence and can provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience
• Previous barista experience desirable
• Available to work full-time hours in line with business needs, including weekends and peak trading periods.
