Job summary

Total Lifestyle Chiropractic Pty Ltd – Proserpine QLD is seeking a Chiropractic Assistant (Receptionist) for a casual 20-hour-per-week role with flexible shifts. You will deliver excellent customer service, handle administrative tasks, and support the clinic team in a welcoming, professional environment.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, manage bookings, answer calls, maintain records, and assist with various clinic tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent patient care.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's booking system.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Maintain patient records and perform other administrative duties.
• Assist the chiropractic team with various tasks as required.
• Ensure reception and rooms are clean, organised and well presented.
