Job summary

Total Lifestyle Chiropractic Pty Ltd – Proserpine QLD is seeking a Chiropractic Assistant (Receptionist) for a casual 20-hour-per-week role with flexible shifts. You will deliver excellent customer service, handle administrative tasks, and support the clinic team in a welcoming, professional environment.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, manage bookings, answer calls, maintain records, and assist with various clinic tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent patient care.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Exciting opportunity for a Chiropractic Assistant (Receptionist) to join the team at Total Lifestyle Chiropractic in Proserpine. This is a casual role, approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the clinic.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's booking system
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Maintaining patient records and other administrative duties
• Assisting the chiropractic team with various tasks as required
• Ensuring the reception and other rooms are clean, organised and well presented

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent patient care
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using computer systems and software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• A friendly, professional and reliable team player
• An interest in health and wellness
• Available for shifts between 7:00am to 12:30pm & 1:30pm to 6:30pm approx.
• Available to cover other team members leave sometimes at short notice
