Job summary

Aligned Chiro in Taree NSW is seeking a Chiropractic Care Assistant to support our high-tech clinic and patients. You will own the front desk, manage patient flow and clinic automation, and assist the Chiropractor with examinations and education.

We offer an ascension pathway, training, and a supportive team. The role is entry to mid level, with Monday-Thursday shifts and pay around $30.45 per hour plus superannuation.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk - greet and engage with patients.
• Manage patient flow and the clinic's automation systems, including care programs and payments.
• Perform admin tasks: accounts, stock management, and scheduling.
• Assist the Chiropractor with nerve scans, patient education, spinal orthotics fitting, and exercise consults.
• Book new patients, answer phone inquiries, and deliver exceptional care at every touchpoint.

Wage: $30.45 per hour + superannuation

Hours: Monday to Thursday

12-18 Month Ascension Pathway

• Probation- $30.45/hr with full training to become autonomous in your role
• CA - $31.70/hr as you take on more responsibility
• Senior CA - $33/hr with the ability to train new Chiropractic Assistants

What You'll Do

Your Hours

Monday to Thursday:

• 7:40am - 12:15pm
• 1:45pm - 6:00/6:30pm
