Job summary

Aligned Chiro in Coffs Harbour NSW is seeking a Chiropractic Care Assistant to join our high-tech, patient-focused clinic. You will greet patients, manage flow, and support care programs and payments, while learning under our experienced team.

The role is entry to mid level, with a clear ascension pathway from probation to senior CA, and comprehensive training provided. Four days per week, daytime hours, with a friendly, growth‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, caring individuals with a genuine passion for health.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in fitness or basic anatomy is a bonus.
• Strong communication with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk — greet and engage with patients
• Manage patient flow and the clinic's automation systems, including care programs and payments
• Perform admin tasks: accounts, stock management, and scheduling
• Assist the Chiropractor with nerve scans, patient education, spinal orthotics fitting, and exercise consults
• Book new patients, answer phone inquiries, and deliver exceptional care at every touchpoint
