About The Role

As a Children’s Services Coordinator, you’ll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment similar to a call centre, where you’ll be responsible for proactively rostering our care team to meet the needs of various residential care services. Your coordination ensures that every shift is covered and every child receives the care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Rostering care staff to meet service needs
• Organising shift replacements promptly and efficiently
• Liaising with the Department for Child Protection on relevant matters
• Maintaining staff records and compliance requirements
• Coordinating after-hours/on-call handovers and documentation

HenderCare operates 24/7, so availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays will be required as part of your rotating schedule.
