Grow Early Education Bridgeman Downs is seeking a capable Centre Director to lead daily operations, mentor our educators and drive high-quality early learning programs. You will oversee rostering and budget processes while building strong relationships with families and the local community.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or ACECQA‑approved Early Childhood Degree, with direct director experience, blue card and first aid/AED qualifications.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Children’s Services or ACECQA‑approved degree.
• Experience as Centre Director in early childhood setting.
• Current blue card and approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and QIP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to mentor a team.
• Capability to apply critical thinking and reflective practice in daily operations.

We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable and driven Centre Director, who has the experience and strong desire to lead, inspire, support and manage our team of Educators, and run the day-to-day operations of our amazing childcare centre, Grow Early Education Bridgeman Downs.

Our well-established centre with long-term staff is awaiting the right candidate to make it their own! This is a rare opportunity for a strong leader to join our team.

About the role

Managing day-to-day operations in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies.

Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our dedicated staff.

Ensuring the delivery of high-quality early learning programs by our passionate educators.

Effectively handling and managing the centre's staffing rosters and financial requirements in line with budget guidelines.

Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with children, families, educators, the local business community, and all stakeholders.

Actively participating in attracting, converting, and retaining families through effective management of tours, enrolments, and orientation in collaboration with our Enrolments Team.

About you

Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or an Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.

Previous experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.

Current blue card, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications

Exhibit an extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Showcase the ability to lead and mentor a team of dedicated early childhood professionals.

Demonstrate the ability to incorporate critical thinking and reflective practice into daily operations.
