Job summary

Astute Early Years Specialists Pty is seeking an inspiring Centre Manager to lead our tight-knit team and nurture lasting relationships with families. This role focuses on strong leadership, quality care, and day-to-day management to keep our centre thriving.

You will oversee educators, enrolments, budgeting and compliance with NQF and EYLF, while championing reconciliation, inclusion and a warm, home-like culture where every child is known.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent.
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Services.
• Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
• Strong knowledge of NQF and EYLF and regulatory requirements relevant to Queensland childcare.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma training.
• Blue Card / Working With Children clearance for QLD.

• Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), early childhood curriculum frameworks, child development, and regulatory requirements relevant to Queensland childcare.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills — able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma training
• Required Blue Card / Working With Children clearance for QLD
