Job summary

Sociable Tech Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic Head of Quality, Risk and Compliance in Mount Gravatt QLD to plan, direct and coordinate the organisation’s quality assurance and compliance programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, governance, risk or related field with professional training in governance, risk management, compliance, auditing or quality assurance.
• At least three years of relevant experience in organisational quality assurance, compliance or governance.
• Experience developing and maintaining organisation-wide quality systems, policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of organisation-wide quality systems and policies.
• Oversee internal audits, accreditation readiness and corrective actions.
• Coordinate external audits, regulatory reviews and certification processes.
• Embed quality, risk, and WHS governance across business units.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and compliance.
