Establish, review and issue service standards, quality specifications, policies, procedures and work instructions across the organisation.

Liaise with senior management, operational leaders, technical personnel and frontline teams to maintain high-quality service outcomes and address quality concerns. Review serious or recurring incidents, near misses and identified hazards to determine systemic causes, control weaknesses and opportunities for prevention. Oversee WHS assurance reporting, inspection schedules, emergency preparedness records and verification of critical safety controls across organisational sites.

Support operational leaders to maintain safe systems of work and ensure WHS evidence remains accurate, current and audit ready.
