St Joseph's Nudgee College in Brisbane seeks a Director of Performing Arts to lead and elevate our co-curricular culture. This full-time, four-year contract with potential for a further four-year term places you on the Senior Leadership Team to shape vision, strategy, and growth across GPS and internal programs.

Qualificações

• Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration
• A recognised teaching degree
• Relevant Performing Arts qualifications
• Experience leading a Performing Arts department in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of GPS environment and school networks

Responsabilidades

• Set strategic direction for Performing Arts and cultural activities across Years 5–12
• Lead GPS/non-GPS events and internal activities
• Oversee major productions and performances (bi-annual College Musical, Arts Showcase)
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, and facility use for the cultural department
• Mentor staff and coordinate with sport to ensure cohesive leadership
• Fulfil a teaching allocation as part of a continuing full-time role
