Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of the Australian Curriculum in the Arts and the associated QCAA Senior Syllabuses.
• Experience with moderation, assessment and reporting guidelines and practices, particularly for the 7–10 Australian Curriculum and Senior Phase of Learning.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Performing Arts department in line with school expectations and initiatives
• Participating in delivering the vision of Brighter Futures
• Developing the quality of teaching and learning
• Nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers and stakeholders
• Overseeing extra-curricular opportunities within the Performing Arts such as: Instrumental Music Program, Dance programs, School Musicals
