Job summary

Recruit Shop Pty Ltd, an Australia-based online thoroughbred auction platform, seeks an experienced leader to take charge of day-to-day operations with full authority. You will scale the business, shape the team, and own outcomes directly reporting to the Founder & CEO.

Ideal candidates have a proven history of building sales, marketing and operations teams, launching new revenue streams, and driving growth with a decisive, highly organized approach. Experience in real estate is a plus.

Qualifications

History of personally building and running sales, marketing and operations teams.
Evidence of launching new revenue streams and business initiatives.
Decisive, owning outcomes with a track record of delivery.
Highly organized, with a proactive, structured work style.
Strong operator credentials; industry experience not required.
Real estate background would be well regarded.

Responsibilities

Take the existing team and lift its performance from day one.
Hire and lead the Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and Operations Manager, along with the wider team.
Launch new revenue streams, including advertising sales, a vendor rewards scheme and bonus schemes.
Put lasting team structure, KPIs and accountability in place.
Drive the next stage of growth across the business.
