Job summary

ButcherCrowd Pty Ltd. is seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to own the day-to-day operating business. You will lead across Customer Experience, inventory, procurement, supplier relationships, logistics and 3PL, and food safety and compliance, shaping execution and culture at scale.

You will develop leaders, improve cross-functional coordination, and ensure tight alignment with the Co-CEOs on strategy and major decisions while maintaining focus on growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• C-suite experience in a substantial business.
• Led growth and scale.
• Experience with suppliers, inventory, fulfilment, logistics.
• Experience in subscription/recurring-revenue businesses preferred.
• DTC/e-commerce or consumer business with meaningful supply-chain complexity.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee Customer Experience, inventory, procurement, supplier relationships, logistics and 3PL, and general operations.
• Set clear priorities, develop strong leaders, and drive execution across the organisation.
• Collaborate closely with the Co-CEOs and executive peers to maintain governance and strategic alignment.
