You will strengthen the franchise network’s growth, engagement and capability while overseeing franchise development, strategic procurement partnerships and the company‑owned office as a model for nationwide initiatives.

Experience leading senior operations in home care, aged care, disability services or franchised networks.
Strong ability to translate strategy into action across a dispersed network.
Proven track record in driving growth, performance and compliance.
Willingness to travel interstate to engage with franchise partners.

Responsabilités

Provide executive oversight of franchise development and partnerships.
Strengthen commercial performance, engagement and capability of the national network.
Lead the company‑owned office and pilot practical improvements with the Transformation team.
Coach and develop a lean, high‑performing operations group in alignment with governance.
