HWLE Lawyers in Melbourne is seeking a senior business development leader to serve as Head of Business Development and Client Growth. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and guide the firm’s BD, client relationships and growth initiatives to drive sustainable expansion across the firm.

You will collaborate with the CEO, Practice Group Heads and Partners to shape growth strategies, mature client programs, and lead pricing evolution, pipeline management, technology and data-driven

Competenze

• Senior leadership experience in BD within a law firm or professional services.
• Experience transforming a BD function, including operating model, capability, technology and cultural change.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of professional services economics.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders, including executives, partners and practice leaders.
• Exposure to pricing strategy and value-based pricing approaches.
