Job summary

Optus is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Non-Financial Risk Management to shape the enterprise risk function across risk disciplines and controls. You will drive standardized risk practices, partner with leaders across technology, cyber, resilience and privacy, and lead the implementation of robust risk policies and governance.

Qualifications

15+ years in non-financial/operational risk or controls in large, complex orgs.
Deep expertise with RCSA, incidents, issues management and control assessment.
Proven ability to design and simplify enterprise risk standards and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise non-financial risk management standards and practices.
Own and improve core risk processes including RCSA, issues and incident management.
Translate risk framework into practical policies and minimum requirements across the business.
Set standards for issue severity, ownership, closure criteria and escalation.
Conduct post-incident reviews and deliver actionable root-cause recommendations.
