Job summary

HumanAbility Ltd invites applications for an Executive Director, Strategic Engagement. The role leads engagement efforts, builds influential relationships, and oversees the strategic and operational plan while guiding a high performing team.

The position is full-time, can be based anywhere in Australia, with travel as required and a hybrid working model supporting flexible location and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading stakeholder engagement in a large organisatpublic sector or similar.
• Understanding of policy, government relations and workforce development.
• Proven ability to build and lead high performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagement and partnerships aligned with government policy objectives.
• Develop and implement the operational plan and strategic plan.
• Build and sustain national stakeholder relationships across sectors.
• Embed stakeholder insights into workforce planning and program reviews.
• Provide leadership to the engagement, partnerships and policy team.
