This role demands a leader who can blend in-house engineering with market-leading technologies to deliver world-class digital programs at scale, ensuring that the services are high-impact and accessible to millions. The CDO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, leading complex digital transformation and building trusted partnerships both internally and externally.Applicants for the CDO position at the company should have extensive experience in business management and/or IT, with a proven track record in leading large-scale customer-facing digital transformation programs. Technical depth across digital, data, and cyber security portfolios is essential. The role requires an influential executive with a history of innovation in product, business models, and service channels, and the ability to balance strategic transformation with operational excellence. While public sector experience is not mandatory, a background in managing complex stakeholder relationships for the benefit of a consumer audience is crucial. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading large cross-functional teams, making decisions of significant impact, and will be comfortable operating in a large, complex organization with a strong focus on relationship building.
