This strategic leadership role is pivotal in transitioning from a legacy environment to a modern, cloud-enabled, and AI-ready technology stack, while ensuring the reliability of business-as-usual operations, strong cyber resilience, and clear accountability. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year technology roadmap, leading the safe migration to contemporary architecture, and overseeing IT operations, service management, and user support. Key responsibilities also include establishing robust cybersecurity, privacy, and business continuity frameworks, partnering with executive peers on data governance, and leading technology delivery across various teams.The ideal CIO for the company will have extensive executive experience in leading technology functions and digital transformation within complex, stakeholder-rich environments. A proven track record in modernizing legacy platforms and leading cloud migration programs is essential, as is deep commercial acumen in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget stewardship. The role requires strong technical credibility in enterprise architecture, data governance, cybersecurity, and cloud/AI enablement, as well as outstanding executive leadership, communication, and influence skills. The candidate should be focused on business enablement, process simplification, and delivering long-term value, with a strong collaborative mindset and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including CEOs, Boards, and technical communities.
