Job summary

Service NSW is seeking a Chief Digital Officer to lead the government’s digital transformation agenda, delivering customer-first digital services at scale. The role sits on the Executive Leadership Team and requires building partnerships across internal and external stakeholders to drive value.

The CDO will shape enterprise-wide digital operating models, oversee data and cyber security strategy, and ensure delivery excellence with a focus on user outcomes and ongoing iterative improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business management and/or IT with a digital focus.
• Led large-scale customer-facing digital transformation and modernisation programs.
• Proven capability leading large cross-functional, enterprise-wide programs.
• Track record of innovation with product, business models and service channels.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across public/consumer domains.
