OMG Academy Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing Education / GM to act as the CEO's second in command and public face of the workshops. You will teach two-day sessions to business owners on Google Ads and Meta Ads, close corporate group bookings, refine the workshop playbook and help plan the next city.

This hands-on senior role shapes the program with backing from Australia’s largest independent agency.

Qualifications

Senior or head-of level experience in digital marketing with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Responsibilities

Lead presenter at two-day workshops, owning the Google Ads and Meta Ads content.
Keep the room energised and engaged, from the opening session to the final Q&A.
Work hands-on with attendees: audit their accounts, troubleshoot campaigns and get them live before they leave.
Keep content current as Google and Meta platforms change, and lift the standard of every session.
Represent OMG Academy at expos, partner events and speaking engagements.
Drive workshop ticket sales through calls, emails, follow-ups and in-person conversations.
Use your Google Ads and Meta Ads credibility to turn enquiries into enrolments.
Spot and pursue new revenue: corporate and group bookings, partnerships and repeat attendees.
Work directly with the CEO on strategy, planning and day-to-day operations.
Help plan the national workshop calendar and the program's expansion.
