Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced senior cybersecurity and governance executive to engage with CXOs, define enterprise risk and AI governance strategies, and drive transformations across large-scale clients in the APAC region.

You will collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Engineering to articulate risk and security outcomes on the NOW platform and accelerate strategic deals with board-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Former CISO/CRO or equivalent senior cybersecurity/governance executive experience at the C-level or VP-level.
• 15+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing large-scale cybersecurity, risk governance, or technology transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in enterprise cybersecurity frameworks, risk governance, compliance, and AI governance.
• Proven ability to engage external CROs, CISOs, and Board-level risk committees as a trusted advisor.
• Experience with SaaS/PaaS platforms for risk, security, governance, or AI governance.
• Executive-level consulting or advisory experience with C-suite and Board-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with CXOs of our largest customers to articulate governance and cybersecurity outcomes on the NOW platform.
• Accelerate sales cycles by positioning AI governance and security capabilities as transformational solutions.
• Partner with CROs/CISOs to develop enterprise cybersecurity and governance transformation strategies.
• Develop thought leadership and frameworks for governance, risk, and cybersecurity in AI contexts.
• Drive prospect pipelines by hosting CXO risk forums and executive-level field marketing activities.
• Provide product and marketing feedback to engineering and field teams on risk and security roadmaps.
