Pinnacle People in Sydney is seeking experienced Chefs and Senior Chefs to join our flexible, chef‑led team. We place you in a range of professional kitchens, with weekly pay and ongoing shifts tailored to your availability.

Ideal candidates have Cert III in Commercial Cookery, 3+ years in pro kitchens, and full working rights in Australia; willingness to obtain a Police Check/Blue Card if required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years' experience working as a Chef in professional kitchens.
• Must be available at least two days during weekdays.
• Full working rights in Australia; Police Check and Blue Card or willingness to obtain.

About you:

• Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• At least3 years' experience working as a Chef in professional kitchens
• Must be available at least two days during weekdays
• Experience in aged care, hospitals, schools, corporate catering, private residences or similar environments
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and WH&S practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent leadership, communication, organisation and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and food presentation standards
• Full working rights in Australia
• Police Check and Blue Card or willingness to obtain
• Flexibility to work across a variety of venues as required
