Pinnacle People in Australia is seeking experienced Chefs and Senior Chefs to join our team, offering flexible work across a range of professional kitchens. You will need a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and at least 3 years' experience, with availability two weekdays. Full working rights in Australia, police check and Blue Card or willingness to obtain; opportunities across aged care, hospitals, schools, corporate catering, private residences.

About you:

• Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• At least3 years' experience working as a Chef in professional kitchens
• Must be available at least two days during weekdays
• Experience in aged care, hospitals, schools, corporate catering, private residences or similar environments
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and WH&S practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent leadership, communication, organisation and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and food presentation standards
• Full working rights in Australia
• Police Check and Blue Card or willingness to obtain
• Flexibility to work across a variety of venues as required

Uniform:traditional long-sleeved chef jacket (plain, no logos), chef pants, knives, apron, chef hat and safety shoes
