Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years' experience working as a Chef in professional kitchens.
• Must be available at least two days during weekdays.
• Experience in aged care, hospitals, schools, corporate catering, private residences or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and WH&S practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and food presentation standards.
• Full working rights in Australia. Overseas application will not be considered, and sponsorship is not available for these positions.
• Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
