Job summary

Eureka Hotel Geelong is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and help bolster the food side of the business. You’ll work alongside an experienced team across a varied pub menu, delivering quality meals while upholding high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation.

The role begins on a casual basis during probation, with an opportunity to move into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen.

Eureka Hotel | Geelong Eureka Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and help bolster the food side of the business. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about food, enjoys working in a busy kitchen and is keen to continue developing their skills. You’ll work alongside an experienced team across a varied pub menu, helping deliver quality meals to our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation. This position will commence on a casual basis during probation, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position for the right candidate.
