Job summary

Open Door Pub Co. Pty LTD is inviting casual chefs to join our Adelaide kitchen teams across The Colonist, Grand Junction, Mick O’Shea’s and Payneham Tavern for a bustling summer period.

We’re seeking reliable cooks with experience in busy pub, bistro or commercial kitchens who can stay calm during rushes, communicate clearly, and work weekends and evenings. There are opportunities to pick up additional shifts and potential ongoing work beyond summer with staff discounts across AVC venues.

Get ready for a big summer! Summer is just around the corner, and our Adelaide venues are gearing up for one of the busiest times of the year. We’re looking for Casual Chefs to join our kitchen teams and help keep the plates moving throughout the summer season. With opportunities across venues including The Colonist, Grand Junction, Mick O’Shea’s and Payneham Tavern, there are plenty of opportunities to get your foot in the door and pick up extra shifts. Whether you’re an experienced Chef looking for more hours, a Commis Chef wanting to build your experience or simply looking for a change of kitchen.
