Job summary

The Lodge Jamberoo in Jamberoo, NSW, is seeking enthusiastic Chefs and Cooks to join our kitchen team across morning breakfast and evening catering shifts. We welcome experienced hospitality professionals looking for flexible hours in a beautiful regional setting.

You will handle food preparation, cooking, and presentation, maintain high hygiene standards, and work well in a small, friendly team. A car license is required; chef qualifications are valued, but experienced cooks are encouraged to

Qualifications

• Experienced in commercial kitchens, catering or hospitality.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with busy breakfast or evening services.
• Passionate about preparing quality food.
• Able to maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
• Positive, professional and team-oriented.
• Car License required.
