Junction Moama is seeking a Qualified Chef to join our kitchen team, with a focus on seasonal, local produce and share plates. You will contribute to a unique menu and work in a state-of-the-art kitchen in Moama.

Join a four-day week and a great team in a busy, high-volume environment. We value dedication, passion, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or qualifications in commercial cookery.
• Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen.
• Ability to cope under pressure and ensure consistency.
• Dedication and passion in your role.
