Chu the Phat's cuisine is inspired by the streets of Taiwan, Korea and Hong Kong andExecutive Chef Brendon Barker of therenowned Brisbane restaurant Madame Wu.

We are searching for Chefs and Apprentice Chefs to join the team at Chu the Phat. We are looking for talented people to drive our kitchen and culinary program forward. These roles play a vital part of a young, dynamic environment and team. There are great career opportunities for Cooks and Chefs with proven experience in similar roles who are passionate and eager to advance their skills in a modern environment.

To be considered for these exciting positions, you must possess the following:

• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
