Catering HQ Camden, operated by Honey & Fig Pty Ltd, is seeking full-time Chefs and Cooks for a busy golf and lifestyle venue in Narellan, NSW. The role requires a relevant industry qualification and 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position.

Hours: 38 per week with a permanent full-time contract, salary plus super. Available for nights, weekends and school holidays. Competitive pay range is offered within a supportive team environment.

HONEY & FIG PTY LTD trading as Catering HQ Camden is looking for full time Chefs and Cooks for their busy venue. Catering HQ Camden is a premier golf and lifestyle destination in Narellan, New South Wales, offering an exceptional 18-hole golf course set against the scenic backdrop of the Blue Mountains.

Known for its beautifully maintained fairways, welcoming atmosphere, and rich local heritage, the club combines quality golfing with relaxed dining, live entertainment, and family-friendly hospitality. Beyond golf, Camden Golf Club features modern clubhouse facilities, event spaces, and casual dining options, making it a popular venue for social gatherings, weddings, functions, and community events in Sydney’s southwest. To be considered for the role you need to have a relevant industry qualification and at least 1-2 years' experience in a similar position.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Must display excellent prep, cooking and plating skills


• Strong emphasis on quality and consistency of dishes

• Demonstrate a keen Interest in growing food trends and techniques


• Ability to contribute to menu planning, food cost estimation and food cost control

• Work with the management team on food preparation and seasonal menu planning


• Stock ordering


• Labour cost control and assist the owners with rostering

• A sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and WHS


• Immaculate presentation and grooming


• Ability to handle large service numbers

• Above average customer care and service skills


• Must be able to train our junior team on cooking techniques and procedures


• Assist with staff hiring and training

• Experience on pans and grill section hightail desirable


• planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies


• Discuss customer requirements and request with the front of house team
