Job summary

Pinnacle People Australia in Canberra is inviting Chefs & Aged Care Chefs to join our team. If you have experience across aged care, hospitals, schools, corporate settings or private residences, you could be a perfect fit for flexible shifts and casual pay rates.

We value attention to detail, excellent presentation, and the ability to work autonomously or with a team. You should hold a Cert III (or equivalent), understand HACCP/WH&S, and have rights to work in Australia, plus up-to-date

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in aged care, hospitals, schools, corporate sector or private homes
• Attention to detail and exemplary food presentation standards
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A minimum Cert III (or equivalent)
• HACCP, WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements is highly regarded
• Uniform: traditional long-sleeved chef jacket (no logos) & pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes
• The right to work within Australia
• Police Check or willing to obtain one
• Covid & Flu vaccinations up to date (For Aged Care)
