Pinnacle People Australia is seeking Chefs to support our team on event days in Perth and for those wanting regular shifts. This role offers daytime shifts across the week with rosters managed through our app.

We provide casual above Award pay with weekly payroll, ongoing rosters, and seasonal events. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a senior role, plus restaurant, function, or bulk production experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of senior kitchen experience.
• Experience in restaurants, functions or bulk production.
• A la carte experience is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of HACCP, WHS and dietary requirements.

The ideal candidate has:

• Demonstrable experience with a minimum of 2 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience in restaurants and functions or industrial and bulk production
• Previous experience with A la carte style will be highly regarded
• A love for your work and for the industry
• A minimum Commercial Cookery Certificate III (or equivalent)
• The right to work within Australia
• Police Check or willing to obtain one
• HACCP standards, WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to
• Uniform: Traditional Chef jacket & pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes
• A Working with Children Check is highly advantageous
