• Creativity and high presentation standards Ability to create dishes with consistency Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes


• Ability to contribute to menu planning Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff


• Achieving all safety, hygiene and food quality Should be able to manage daily kitchen operations including ordering
