Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking Casual Chefs to work across Brisbane and regional Queensland sites. The casual pool provides a wide mix of shifts so you can choose what fits your week.

Roles available in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Ipswich with weekday availability Monday to Friday and occasional weekends. Prepare, cook and present high quality meals while maintaining nutrition awareness and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or above.
• 2+ years experience working as a Chef.
• Experience in fine dining, events or functions with strong attention to detail.
• Must have or be able to obtain a National Police Check and Blue Card.

• Support all stations and areas of the kitchen

The Position

The Person

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or above
• 2+ years experience working as a Chef
• Experience in fine dining, events or functions with strong attention to detail
• High energy with professional presentation
• Own transport preferred, or ability to access public transport easily
• Willing to work across different sectors including Education, Venues and Corporate
• Must have or be able to obtain a National Police Check and Blue Card
