Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is recruiting for a casual pool Chef in Canberra. You will prepare and cook meals to menu across multiple Compass Group sites, following safety, allergen and dietary requirements during service.

Shifts are offered based on availability, across schools, corporate offices and venue-style sites. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary week to week, with casual loading included.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Previous experience working as a Chef.
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation.
• Must have or able to obtain a National Police Check and a Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals to menu across different sites.
• Follow food safety, allergen and dietary requirements.
• Work closely with Head Chefs and site teams during service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and WHS standards.
• Support waste reduction during preparation and service.
