Cater Care is seeking a Chef Manager to lead the kitchen at Anglican Care - Bishop Tyrrell in Cundletown, NSW. You will be hands-on with food prep, bulk cooking and texture-modified meals, while upholding high standards and a reliable, Monday–Friday roster.

The role offers a permanent full-time position with weekends off, a competitive salary of $85,000 plus super, and opportunities to grow within Cater Care's Australian operations.

Qualifications

• Trade certification in commercial cookery is required.
• Food Safety Supervisor qualification is required.
• Hands-on experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen.
• Ability to prepare texture-modified meals and meet dietary requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
• Prepare nutritious meals and bulk cook to menu specs.
