Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery).
• Basic Food Safety certificate.
• HACCP knowledge and food safety understanding.
• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents per dietary needs.
• Manage kitchen resources, equipment and food supplies within budget.
