Qualifications

• Recognised Chef qualification with supporting evidence.
• Professional chef with hands-on experience in kitchen leadership.
• Experience managing or supervising a kitchen team.
• Experience in large-scale catering or high-volume kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of foodsafety and HACCP principles.
• Ability to produce nutritious meals while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable and adaptable approach to kitchen leadership.
• Experience in aged care, healthcare, hospitality or institutional catering is advantageous.
• Ability to provide evidence of qualifications and relevant experience.
• Eligible to work in Australia and meet visa requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of a professional residential kitchen.
• Supervise, support and develop kitchen team members.
