Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited on Milson Island, NSW, Australia, seeks a Chef Manager to lead hands-on food production, menu development, and onsite catering management. The role drives seasonal menus, costing, stock control, budgeting, and staff mentoring while ensuring OH&S compliance and strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will have a Cert 4 in Commercial Cookery, a mandatory Food Safety Supervisor certificate, and solid leadership with financial reporting capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert 4 Commercial Cookery qualification.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (mandatory).
• Commitment to safety, compliance and high standards.
• Good understanding of NSW healthy eating framework.
• Strong people management & Leadership skills & the ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service.
• Contract management experience highly regarded.
• Solid financial understanding and reporting capability.
• Intermediate computer/Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

THE POSITION:
