The Role

These are DIDO roles from Mackay on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days. Casual opportunities are available with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.

About You

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
• FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience desirable but not essential
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
• Full Australian working rights
