Job summary

Sodexo is seeking experienced Chefs to join our regional Queensland operations, delivering meals in a busy village environment and supporting mining communities. These DIDO roles from Mackay on a 14:7 roster involve long shifts and the potential for permanent placement for high performers.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, have experience in bulk catering, and be able to pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens is required.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles is expected.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in remote environments.
